Via I-95 South: Follow I-95 South through the Fort McHenry Tunnel ($1 toll) to exit 53 (I-395 North, Downtown) Bear left off the exit and follow signs to the Inner Harbor Continue in the left or center lane. At the third light, make a right onto Pratt Street. Follow Pratt Street four blocks to the Inner Harbor. Continue on Pratt Street to President Street and make a left. Presidents Street turns into Aliceanna Street. Hotel is on the right.
Via I-83 South: Follow I-83 South (Jones Falls Expressway) to the merger of I-83 and I-695 West Continue on I-83/I-695 merger for one mile to Exit 23a (I-83 South, Downtown) Proceed on I-83 until the expressway ends in the downtown area and becomes President Street. Taxis
Taxis are available from outside the BWI terminals. From the BWI Airport, travel time to the Hyatt Regency is approximately 15 minutes and costs between US $20 - $25. It is customary to tip drivers 15% (see tipping suggestions below).
Car Rental
The BWI Airport car rental facility is located at Stoney Run Road and New Ridge Road. Free shuttle service carries customers to and from the Airport. Passengers arriving on flights should take the free shuttle from the lower level terminal for a ten-minute ride to the new facility. When returning a vehicle, look for highway directional signs to the facility. A shuttle will take you to the terminal. All transactions occur at the new facility.

Tipping
While always voluntary, it is customary to tip certain service staff. These are some guidelines:
Waiters or waitresses get 15%. If you are served at a counter or bar tip 10% but at least 50 cents. In American restaurants, service is almost never included in the final bill (except for large parties of 6 or more). There is a Maryland sales tax of
6% on most items.
Taxi drivers get 10-15%. Auto rental agency employees do not expect tips.
