In order to provide you with a better level of service, access to the Metastorm Customer Zone
will now be provided via Metastorm Community Central, better known as MC2.
Register and login now to MC2 to gain access to the
Metastorm Customer Zone
and Metastorm ProVision® Support Site. Registration is quick and easy. Go to Metastorm Community Central now.
Existing customers who currently have credentials for the Metastorm
Customer Zone or the Metastorm Provision Support Site will need to register
during the first visit. During the registration process, you will create a new user name and password. You will then be asked
to provide your existing credentials. Be sure to indicate that you are an existing customer and provide these credentials by checking “Yes”
when asked “Already have
Customer or Partner Zone account?”
Note: You will not be using your old credentials from this point on. All access is granted via your newly created user name and password.
After you have created your User ID, and an email will be sent to the email address you provided. Click on the appropriate link in the email
to enable your account. You will be given the opportunity to provide a display name. The display name is used when posting in the forums.
