You are invited to join Metastorm customers and partners in the Mid-Atlantic region for an interactive exchange of ideas, issues, and real-world applications of Metastorm BPM®.
Join us for 3 informative presentations:
Establishing a Process Center of Excellence: Studies have shown that companies with a Process Center of Excellence (COE) are far more likely to obtain successful business results than organizations without one. Metastorm will present current thinking around a process COE and best practices, including the most important characteristics of a successful COE. A case study will be presented as an example of how the COE might be implemented.
Process Centric System and Data Integration with Metastorm Integration Manager: Most large organizations have business critical applications and data running on large numbers of disparate systems, applications, databases and often in dispersed geographic locations. How do you extend the process paradigm into the lights-out operation of data centers and server rooms where your mission critical business applications and databases are running? Metastorm Integration Manager (MIM) extents that paradigm to data integration and system integration processes – allowing you to define, orchestrate, manage and monitor system centric processes, irrespective whether this systems run in a distributed environment and which operating systems, databases or file systems need to be integrated. We will present a case study of managed data integration and process flows using MIM.
Best Practices, Tips and Tricks: This presentation will cover some of the more useful best practices and techniques we’ve discovered for getting things done in Metastorm BPM. Walkthroughs and code samples will be provided so that everyone can reproduce the capabilities in their environment.
