Metastorm Opens New Offices in Sweden and South Africa

LONDON, UK and BALTIMORE, MD – April 16, 2008 – Metastorm, a leading provider of Business Process Management (BPM), Business Process Analysis (BPA), and Enterprise Architecture (EA) software for aligning strategy with execution, today announced it is expanding its presence in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) by establishing offices in Sweden and South Africa to provide local support to its growing customer base in these regions. Metastorm’s newly appointed country managers and sales resources in Sweden and South Africa are expected to complement its existing channel partners in EMEA and enhance its international market presence.

The opening of its new offices in Sweden and South Africa follows Metastorm’s acquisition of Process Competence in the Benelux region last year – an acquisition that grew Metastorm’s local presence, customer base, and business process consulting resources in the Netherlands, Belgium, and France. The move to open additional international offices expands Metastorm’s global footprint and provides its customers with local experts who can assist them in establishing process excellence as a discipline and effectively deploying the Metastorm Enterprise™ software.
