Metastorm DNA Implementation Partner Accreditation Program
Metastorm is committed to ensuring that our solutions are implemented successfully to enable our customers to realize significant ROI. Successful implementations require a wide range of knowledge – about the industry, functional areas, and the business processes needed to support the overall corporate strategy.
In order to enable our partners to contribute to this success, Metastorm offers the Metastorm DNA™ Partner Accreditation Program to provide disciplined learning programs for the transfer of product knowledge and skills to our alliance partners. This certification program consists of courses on Metastorm software, hands-on training, on-the-job experience and a series of exams and assessments. Achieving accreditation affords our partners the following benefits:

The program offers certification across all three partner levels. There is no accreditation fee. Partner investments in training are leveraged to achieve certification. Accreditation is renewed annually. A Consulting Partner Project Assessment will be performed with each partner applying for accreditation. This assessment consists of the following elements:
- On site project health check
- Customer interview and feedback session
- Review of document output from site assessment
- Structured review meeting to offer partner feedback
