Project Planning
Metastorm 's experienced Federal Services consultants assist DoD clients with Enterprise Architecture planning activities, which include the development of high-level models that define the scope (operational and organizational) and objectives of the analysis project. The high-level models may be used as a basis for FEA reference model mapping and development of funding request documentation. Our planning services provide for the development of a phased project plan, conforming to DoDAF guidelines. Project plans schedule the participants and effort levels necessary to produce the set of DoDAF work products required by the project charter.
Architecture Development
Metastorm deploys consulting professionals skilled in the development and publication of DoDAF work products and EA deliverables using Metastorm ProVision. Training

This three to five-day training class may be delivered onsite at a facility of your choice, or at one of Metastorm's regional offices.
