Who should attend:
Future administrators, operation staff, developers and users of Metastorm Integration Manager(MIM) for Managed File Transfer(MFT)
Prerequisites:
This introductory-level class is for students who will be responsible for working in a MIM for MFT environment to support data movement and integration. You should possess some familiarity with networking, programming and computer fundamentals as well as have a working knowledge of IBM WebSphere® MQ or have completed our WebSphere MQ® class. In addition have familiarity with:
- WebSphere MQ configuration
- Concepts of WebSphere MQ distributed messaging
- WebSphere MQ architectural concepts

After completion of this four-day course, you will be able to apply a comprehensive working knowledge of MIM for MFT capabilities including:
- Concepts
- Architecture
- Planning and installation
- Operational management and monitoring
- Administration
- Creation of transfer requests for files and WebSphere MQ queues
