Who should attend:
Business architects, business analysts, project managers, Six Sigma or Lean practitioners, and other business staff involved in collecting and analyzing process data and metrics on human-centric business activities.
Prerequisites:
This is an introductory level class with no prerequisites. Familiarity with business processes, project management and computer fundamentals is a plus.
Class Objectives:
After completion of this one-day class, you will be able to plan, author and execute business process metric studies using Metastorm Discovery.
