201 Metastorm ProVision® Advanced Features

Who should attend:
Current Metastorm ProVision Users, who may include business architects, business analysts, project managers, Six Sigma or Lean practitioners, and other business or IT staff.
Prerequisites:
This is an advanced level Metastorm ProVision training course, so you should have completed Metastorm’s 101 Business Process Analysis class or equivalent and have a need for or interest in additional features and functions of Metastorm ProVision not covered in other training. Note that if you have completed Metastorm’s 102 Enterprise Architecture Modeling class you typically would not need to take this class, as the topics overlap. You should have experience in creating and maintaining various types of models (in addition to workflow models) in Metastorm ProVision.
Class Objectives:
After completion of this one-day class, you will be able to use advanced functions and capabilities of Metastorm ProVision to create, maintain and publish models. Specifically, you will be able to apply Dimensions, utilize custom objects and properties, and create a customized framework to support an architectural approach or methodology. Additionally, you will be able to depict or create object relationships using Navigator, import and export using Translator, utilize Metastorm ProVision’s support for Service Oriented Architecture and use templates in publishing.
