Business analysts responsible for developing a future model of the business process and quantifying improvements; managers responsible for improving their business performance and processes.
Prerequisites:
This is an advanced level Metastorm ProVision® training course, so successful completion of Metastorm’s 101 Business Process Analysis class, or equivalent experience with creating and maintaining detailed Workflow Models in Metastorm ProVision®, is a prerequisite.
Class Objectives:
After completion of this one-day class, you will be able to simulate the current state (As Is) process (expressed in a Workflow Model) to verify average cycle time and costs and identify where process changes will yield the highest return on investment, and run future state (To Be) simulations. By analyzing and comparing the results of the process simulations, you will be able develop and recommend various alternative future states.
