Who should attend:
Business analysts, business architects, Six Sigma or Lean practitioners, and IT professionals responsible for utilizing workflow simulations to facilitate quantifiable business process improvements.
Prerequisites:
Metastorm’s 101 Business Process Analysis class or equivalent experience using the Metastorm ProVision® Workflow Modeler is required. Basic Workflow Modeling is not covered in this course.
Class Objectives:
After completion of this two-day class, you will be able to set-up, analyze and modify workflow model discrete event simulations using the Metastorm ProVision discrete event simulator to quantifiably maximize process improvements. This class provides first-hand experience understanding business process component behavior using workflow model simulation techniques and building upon the concepts and techniques learned in the 101 Business Process Analysis class.
